Our Responsibilities
TESC LTD recognises the importance of addressing both the immediate and longer term challenges related to climate change, and the potential social, environmental and commercial benefits which can result from carbon reduction and climate change adaptation activities. We are fully committed to the progressive reduction of our carbon footprint, working towards the goal of a lower and ultimately zero carbon business and we will encourage our clients, supply chain and peers to do the same. We also acknowledge that our climate change responsibilities require us to consider carbon reduction opportunities, and where appropriate incorporate to all services, products and projects at TESC LTD.
Senior staff members and environmental management teams are responsible for carbon reduction at TESC LTD, ensuring our carbon reduction policy is integrated throughout our business strategy and activities. Our progress will be reported annually and reviewed independently.
We lead by example and wish to encourage others to improve their carbon reduction standards. To do this we are committed to working with our clients, contractors, suppliers, influencing our partner organisations and encouraging the wider community to reduce their carbon emissions. TESC LTD encourages and enables all employees to integrate the consideration of carbon reduction opportunities into all its activities, policies, strategies and decisions.
